Hi! New member in Chicago area
Hi friends!
After lurking for a few months, I'm saying hello! I currently own an Indonesian restaurant in Lincoln Park, Chicago and actively searching for buy & hold properties in Chicagoland area. This forum has been a great resource for me to connect to local REIAs and meeting other professionals in the area.
I'm currently closing on a property for flip, and another for buy & hold. All thanks to the knowledge I gained from BiggerPockets community!
