Hi everyone! I'm Marc Hoeppner and I'm a relatively new resident, realtor, and investor in Evansville, IN. I've joined a family member's real estate team to gain experience from the broker perspective and plan for this to be my "day job" if you will. My hope, along the way, is to build a sizable property holding portfolio to generate passive future income. I'm also very interested in rehab/flip opportunities of which I'm currently involved in three different projects (one as an owner/occupant and the other two as more of a project manager).
