Whats up guys! My name is Andrew, and I currently reside in New Albany OHIO! I've been interested in real estate since I was a child and now that I'm in my early twenties I feel like there is no better time to start learning the real estate business than now.. I am fresh as it gets to real estate investing but I'm more than willing to make this a obsession for success . Welcome to BP, great to have a fellow columbus investor. I live in blacklick but 15 minutes from you. I definitely recommend house hacking as @David D'Errico said, great way to start and limit your risk exposure. Do you have have a goal?
