Hey everyone! I was wondering if there were any investors around the Columbus Ohio area that could use my help. I have a very interesting opportunity that could benefit everyone involved. I'm a maintenance supervisor for about 150 units at 2 different locations in Worthington Ohio. I'm hoping someone out there could use my knowledge and service in the maintenance field to help them better their own properties in return for their knowledge in the investor side of things. I'm planning on buying my first multifamily property next year and could use a good person to turn to for answers. The only payment I will accept is knowledge and advice with the investor side of things. Maybe I could sit in on a deal? Maybe we can chat and go over some numbers on different properties? Hey everyone! I'm currently looking for lender recommendations around the Columbus Ohio area. I'm wanting to purchase a 4 plex somewhere around Columbus as a fha house hack and need a pre approval letter to speed the process up a bit. Any recommendation will be greatly appreciated. I have a fair credit score around the 600's so I guess I'm also wondering if I should maybe bring that up a bit more before I apply for a pre approval or just go for it and see what I get. I'd like to talk with a few lenders within a one month period to avoid excessive hard inquiries on my credit.

Glad to see another tech on the forum ! I've learned a lot from this property management company and who and what really drives the complex into success.. I'm trying to have as many conversations with my property manager as I can to really get the feel for what his job entitles and how he handles certain situations.. looking forward to chatting in the future with you! 

as of right now I am a maintenance tech for a 467 unit property in Columbus Ohio with about 3 years in the property management business so I feel like I can bring a lot to the table when it comes to managing and fixing the tenants problems.. I love the business and I can see a lot of money moving through this place but in reality your really not making the money unless your the owner so that is something I'm working on learning about and mastering ..
