New Member from the East Bay California

Hello,

My name is Dan and i am interesting in learning more about investing in real estate. More Specifically i am interested in connecting with people in and around the East San Francisco Bay area of California. That is where i live and where i would like to start looking for buy and hold properties. The market here seems so expensive i am curious to learn what kind of strategies work in this climate.

I bought my first rental property 6 years ago in Southern California, and i am looking to build a larger portfolio. My long term goal is to generate enough passive income from rental properties to live free from the need of paychecks.
