Here to receive and share information. I have two four-plexes and my girlfriend has a four-plex. I plan on using multi-family housing as my early retirement bus. I am 30 years old and I am motivated to quit my day job.

The Ford team are great real estate agents. John, Tami, and the whole team work very hard to meet your needs as well as keeping things win, win. I have done 10 deals through them and continue to use them!
My Favorite Property Managers is a newer management company. I can't speak to their services or abilities as I manage my own rentals, however, they are active in the local real estate meet-up and seem to be working very hard to establish good working relationships with local landlords.
