Hello
Like many people on this site I was stuck making somebody else rich in the rat race of corporate america, and I was fed up with it. I was done punching a time clock for someone else to enjoy the benefits of my hard work, so I decided to take some time off and pursue real estate investing. Over the last year I have been studying and researching the ins and outs of starting and running a successful real estate investing business. I have a partner who has been in the financial planning and investing industry for over 20 years, and right now I am looking to build a team of other investors, rehabbers and wholesalers in the area. My goal is to start out by wholesaling and move into rehabbing in the future.
