Hello BP community, My name is Samantha, I mainly go by Sam. Happy Holidays from South Florida!! Miami/Ft.Lauderdale to be exact, I am a new member and also a real estate professional.
Im currently working with a top lender, as a loan originator and while getting started on my investment journey, I share my time and dedication to local and out of state deals.
Some of the investments I look forward to starting are multifamily, rehab projects, house hacking, and commercial real estate. While working to begin some projects very soon, I also receive updates from local professionals alike for properties under contract, potential projects, etc.
