My husband and I have dived into real estate investing. We are originally from the East Alabama area but curently reside in Virginia Beach, Virginia. After saving and living a moderate lifestyle, we have purchased two properties in East Alabama since October 2016. We hope to continue to use BP as a database for knowledge and also to expand our network. Our ultimate goal is to remove ourselves from the rat race.

I was wondering the same.  Still lots of opportunity in Hampton Roads, although it is getting harder and harder to find good deals.
