Hi, my wife and I have decided to become investors. I'm currently serving in the Navy and she is a hairstylist. The first thing we want to do is pay off the debts that suck the life out of our pay checks. Our ultimate goal is to achieve financial freedom for us and our families, and even give a head start for the generations to come.
We have no real estate experience. Until today I didn't even know it was possible for someone who is 22 to even get into investing. I'm a fast learner and a hard worker who is motivated, I can't wait to get started!

Hey Jacob, welcome to BP and thank you for your service. There are lots of opportunities in Kitsap County and beyond. It's awesome that you are starting on investing early. Assuming that you are starting locally, there is a wealth of knowledge here on BiggerPockets and you may want to seek out your local REIA or REAPS chapters to do network and get information on the local area.
