Hello BP,

My name is Ronnie. I'm from Virginia and I'm looking to learn all I can about real estate. I'm thinking about a SFH or Duplex. My goal is to buy my first investment property by the end of 2017! My long term goal is to generate enough passive income to leave the workforce. Look forward to discussing and learning with everyone.
