Newbie from Ontario, Canada
Hey,
I have just stumbled upon this site in my search to learn more about real estate investing. I live in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. I would like to intake as much as I can before I get started but I am very interested in Real Estate Investing. I have always dreamed of it, even as a kid I knew Real Estate is where my mind should be. I have been dragged down by the rough environments I was immersed in and was given a falsified image of success. I have achieved every level of success that I was taught and I am still barely getting by sometimes. I have slaved in warehouses for years, finally got promoted to warehouse supervisor, live happily in a house with my significant other and still do not feel successful. I am finally ready to take control and make my life truly successful. I have read into a few details regarding Real Estate Investing over the years, but honestly I never took any of it serious, so it didn't sink in. I am here in search for help, I know this is what I want to do, but I don't know where to start! I have minimal funds to actually make the first move, however my credit is excellent! I just don't know where to start or what to do as my first move. Any help is greatly appreciated. A mentor would be a dream come true! Please anyone, show me some direction! I feel like that's all I need. My apologies for the rant just wanted to give a clearer picture of where I am.
