New Member in Raleigh North Carolina!
Hello all!
My name is Leston Cochran and I am new to this community and new on my path of multifamily home ownership! I live in Raleigh, NC and have lived here for a little over two years. I currently do not own any properties. I'm currently renting a bedroom from a friend for significantly below market apartment rent rate while saving for my first purchase(2018 January)
If there is anyone in the Raleigh area that wants to talk real estate, i'd love to start networking in my area. My background is in engineering and operations management.
