This thread is old, but i am looking for a CPA with expertise in self directed IRA/LLC for real estate investment purposes. I am located in Raleigh, NC. Any suggestions?

@Charlie McCurry When i included details of my upcoming business venture it was deleted as advertisement. So i'll tread lightly.

The space will be for my business, utilizing the garage door for vehicle entry, and the sq footage will have 1 or 2 car lifts.  Office/reception area for the usual stuff.

I'm at a loss for what the type of commercial property i'm searching for would be called?  This is not an advertisement....

Commercial(Not in residential zone)

Garage door access(but not a tire and lube shop)

Small office/Small customer entry area.

Minimal square footage. 

I'm picturing a building that has a lot of these in one large complex.

Anyone have any insight on the type of property this is?

Hello all!

My name is Leston Cochran and I am new to this community and new on my path of multifamily home ownership!  I live in Raleigh, NC and have lived here for a little over two years.  I currently do not own any properties. I'm currently renting a bedroom from a friend for significantly below market apartment rent rate while saving for my first purchase(2018 January)

If there is anyone in the Raleigh area that wants to talk real estate, i'd love to start networking in my area.  My background is in engineering and operations management.
