Newie from Seattle/East Side

Recently moved to Seattle to take a job that I love. I work full time with no intention to quit, but working towards financial freedom. Currently I'm renting on East side and just sold my old house on east coast. I'm house hunting (practically townhouse) in Seattle area while taking into account a long-term real estate investment plan. We are kind of stuck at east side, considering good school district (with a toddler and an infant) and easy access to Seattle downtown. But the frenzy housing market can be frustrating. Look forward to interacting with many of you and learning creative investment methods from BP.

@Eric Huang

Hey Eric, Welcome to the BP. I'm local Investor and Own a Real Estate Group, and yes the Seattle is very competitive. Don't get discouraged, the right strategies and techniques will land you the right home. Just don't get carried away in the Frenzy ;)
