Multi family rentals and flipping in new jersey
Fellow BP Members,
I have been actively following BP forums and podcasts since last 6 months and learned a lot. I believe its time to get our feet wet. I have a group of friends who are interested to invest in real estate. Flipping and MF will be our focus area in Central Jersey specifically in Middlesex, essex and mercer county.
1. Looking forward to connect to fellow investors to establish network.
2. Also looking forward to connect to real estate agents, wholesalers to help us out in finding deals
3. Are there active real estate investors meetups in these counties? I would be happy to join and network.
