New member from Tampa, FL
Hey Everyone,
I just joined the forums after listening to quite a few BP podcasts. I'm out of Tampa and caught the bug after I started renting out part of my primary residence a year ago.
The side of real estate investing that is most attractive to me is Buy and Hold. I'm currently learning what I can and watching my local market as I gather the funds for another down payment on a SFR or Duplex.
Thanks for building such a great community, I look forward to being a part of it.
