I am excited to be a part of this form! I am just starting off in my research and knowledge about REI. I have some capital and would like to get started in investing. I am interested in the BRRR method and buy/hold in the Tacoma area. I would love to find a mentor and connect with others who are in the area!

That isn't bad at all. My wife and I are going to be looking in that area for some multi families to house hack in that area. The sounder seems like a good option for her. She commutes to UW currently.
