Although I have been learning from Bigger Pockets for at least 4-5 years, this is the first time I have posted. I accredit this site as one of my main tools and inspirations to get in to REI. Some of you may know my partner, Rebecca Holmes, Captain Save A Home LLC, who is much more active on the site. I am also a licensed real estate agent with Vera Residential Real Estate.
