Aspiring Wholesaler - Greater South Seattle, WA
Greetings BiggerPockets community!
My name is Isaac Feil and I am still attending school at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. However, I live in Burien, WA, a town just south of Seattle. I am starting my own local wholesaling business with residential property around Burien because while Burien is currently a hot seller's market for homeowners, I believe there is opportunity for growth in residential property wholesaling to connect sellers and investors. I am taking steps to educate myself every day with multiple tools and credible training to prepare for launching my business this summer when I am back in Seattle. Welcome to BP! This is a great to place to learn from! I too just recently launched my wholesaling business, but I actually ended up flipping my first house. The best thing I did was I found a mentor that taught me a lot about wholesaling and and real estate investing in general. Hope your wholesaling endeavors go well!
