Newbie from Temecula, Ca
Currently living in Temecula however have been looking at moving to Coeur d'Alene, ID or surrounding areas. Currently under contract for my first flip in CDA. Feels a little beyond me since I am not living there yet. Any advice on doing a flip from so far away would be appreciated. I will be able to travel there a couple of times a month still not sure if that's enough?!
