Hi everyone,

My name is Uchenna Ibeka. I am a 23 year old college graduate aspiring to learn about real estate investing. I completed my undergraduate program at Rutgers University in 2015, achieving three Bachelor of Art degrees. I recently completed my graduate program in January of this year, obtaining a Masters of Arts in Labor Studies and Employment Relations. I'm very proud of my academic achievements, however working a 9-5 for the rest of my life just isn't my passion.

I've always had a competitive, entrepreneurial mindset and aspire to one day run my own successful business. That is why I believe real estate investing is the industry for me. I don't have much knowledge of the industry, but i'm eager to learn.

I'm interested in all aspects of real estate investing, but some areas in particular are general investing, wholesaling, fix & flipping, and buy & holding.

I am also interested in meeting with anyone in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area who I could help/assist them in their business in any way in exchange only for knowledge and guidance. or anyone in general who has any additional information they can provide to help a beginner like myself get started in the industry would be greatly appreciated.
