Hey All. New to BP and REI and also new to the Asheville area. Plan on using my VA loan to get me started in a multi BRRRR and house hack till I can refi and get that landlord experience. Hope to flip with my refi to fund my cushion and start my next deal. Got my keywords on, listen to the podcast every day all day (started @ 1). Super excited to get started. Looking for my multi deal now and hope to have it done in 6 months when my rental lease is up. Love this site, on it every day. Hoping to meet some people in the Asheville area and start my team. Welcome! You're in my backyard. This is a tough area for investing for buy & hold. You can still work the edges a little on West Asheville/Candler/Haywood County. The strip between Hendersonville & Asheville is bloated. The north end is obscene; it's pushing into Burnsville/Spruce Pine by now. Crazy.
