I'd like to give a big 'thank you!' to BP for all of the tips, discussions, tools, calculators, podcasts, webinars, etc. I'm really grateful for all of the education. LOVE the podcasts @Joshua Dorkin @Brandon Turner and guests! Funny fact, many many many moons ago, my 2 brothers and I took a road trip through the Pacific Northwest. We made a point to drive through Aberdeen, WA and stopped to take a pic in front of the house Kurt Cobain grew up in. The other day I was watching the BP webinar, and saw that same house show up as part of Brandon Turner's portfolio. Small world!
About me, I'm a newbie investor, no purchases yet. My family and I currently live just north of Houston, TX. Great state! I'm a registered nurse by trade, wife, and mom of two. Been interested in real estate for years. Actively looking to become a buy and hold investor, and currently searching for a fourplex to house hack as our initial investment purchase.
