1. Take a mini vacation
2. Take a day to do absolutely nothing
3. Delegate some responsibilities ..maybe hire admin person, assistant, etc...
4. Balance...work, rest, play...

Congrats @Taylor Shapiro!!! How do you manage more than 1 project at a time. What type of lenders do you use?
I'm working on my first flip after 12 yrs as an Investor. Luv it!!! I started with rentals then selling TK. In 2016, I got my RE license in AL and GA and its been Great! I've helped so many. 😀 I'm the QWNBEE of RE!!! Of course, I'm always learning. I'm interested in doing 3 flips a month.

@William C... We have a Coming Soon Option to prelist 21 days before. It works well, if project at least 3/4 complete. Great Opportunity for Buyers to drive by and take a look.
