@Whitney Hutten...Consider ways to keep growing without involving your personal residence..I'm a risk taker, but skeptical when it comes to putting my personal residence at risk.  Maybe tap a portion but the not the full amount...Reach out to banks in your area who can refinance rentals as an option...
