Hello BP,

I live in Vancouver Canada.

I'm looking to buy US turn key properties for long term rent. I have browsed the boards and it is almost too much information!

I'm looking to relationships with people who have done this, where I can draw on their knowledge and team. 

I plan on doing this for a long time so it would be mutually beneficial to any property management team. 

I have not decided where to invest yet so I am open to ideas. 

If anyone has any good books or ideas on where to start, I would love to hear it :)
