Newbie from Central Vermont
hello all! My name is Garrett and I currently own 1 single family rental that I have great tenants in and we are coming up on our 5th year together in May. Never have an issue collecting rent and they like to do everything themselves. I pay water/sewer and they take care of everything else. The house was renovated a couple years prior to me purchasing it, so the maintenance is virtually nothing. I really enjoy being a landlord(for now) and am looking forward to being a part of this community and acquiring new properties and building my portfolio into a full time business.
