Hey all looking to get my feet wet in the Baltimore area ! I've been doing a lot of research and scanning daily for 2-4 units , I'm wondering if there's any local real estate groups or meet ups for investors I'd love to meet some of the local players to network with

Welcome to BP @Fritz Ritter I like the BWI Meetup, Haven't been lately but it is one of my favorites. Google REIA or Meetup and you will find several in the greater baltimore area. There is also the Anne Arundle real estate investors meetup in your area. It is run by members here @Matt Schelberg and @Gabriel G.
