Hello my name is Demetria im new starting out in the business looking to wholesale/ flip vacant properties in Memphis Tennessee any tips for starting out

Hey @Demetria Givens!  That's awesome!  I'm a local Memphis investor.  My biggest suggestion.  Is focus in on areas you know and start "driving for dollars".  Find the owners of those vacant lots and see if you can get a good deal on those properties.
