House Hacking in Charlotte, NC

Hello Everyone! My wife and I are moving from Boston to CLT this summer and want to house hack our first property. The city grind and out of control living cost have us looking for greener pastures. When I've visited CLT there seems to be a large number of older 4-plex units. Do these ever hit the market? Any general house hacking advice would be appreciated! Thanks

My husband and I moved our family to the Charlotte area 5 years ago from New Jersey and love it! We have a couple single family rentals, but have been on the hunt for a few duplexes.... there is just not much on mls right now. I wish you luck!
