New investor in Niagara Falls NY
Hi my name is Lucas Duncan and I am a new investor in the Niagara Falls NY area looking to concentrate on small multifamily properties and some single family rentals as well. I am closing on my first investment property this week which is a duplex in the town of niagara and we will be using the house hacking strategy for a couple years by living in one side and renting out the other while trying to purchase at least one other property by the end of this year. Im looking to eventually have enough properties in a few years so I don't have to work construction on the road anymore and hopefully be a full time investor at home.
