Aloha - I too am new to Bigger Pockets!!!! Whoot whoot!!!! I have to confess - I am addicted!!!!😊 The amount of information and the TRUE GENUINE help is incredible!!!! So I was a sucker and went to the Tarek and Christina free workshop (no not because I thought I was going to meet them- lol). I was intrigued - so attended round 2 with a partner and invested $900 but I drew the line there!!! I learned a lot but nearly as much as I learn here!!! So here is goes I have found several properties that I can make a profit but I dont know where to find the funding - is there a "hold my hand" finder out there that would help and I would split the deal???? Sorry if this sounds stupid!!!!! The list of "300" lenders they guaranteed are just banks and financial institutions!!! I know I may have gotten scammed but I am going to write this off as a lesson but I did learn a lot!!!! They said they guarantee the money back if I wrote 25 offers but I need to look into that a lil closer!!!! Mahalo Nui Loa!!!!! All of you are AWESOME!!!

Hello and welcome to BP! be very careful when you see anyone that tries to sell you something that you do not really need.  there are many scammers on the internet, especially in real estate.  i have been reminded about the many scammers on real estate, even on BP. Ii do think that Brandon and Josh are honest people but this company is growing too fast for them to control all of the scammers.  I am 60 years old and i am from and raised in Dallas Texas and i have been reminded how real estate people are scammed a bunch.  I had a real estate broker license for about 30 years and i have been reminded about all of the dishonesty here and it is probably why i did not ever did real estate brokerage full time.
