What's after a seminar?

Hey everyone! I'm brand new to the BP community and real estate investing. I recently had a chance to take the entry level real estate training from Legacy Education for a cheap price. No plans to take their advanced courses, especially after seeing the prices lol. The information they gave are very interesting. But I feel they only went over the tip of an iceberg of what you really need to know about real estate. So I'm trying to see if I can learn more on my own. Can anyone give me some suggestions on books/blogs or other forms of learning materials? I was thinking about becoming a realtor myself, and still planning to do it within this year. Thank you!

Books and GOOD info on BP. Not all postings contain good OR legal advice. I ignore ALL the guru garbage and the companies that come through town promising you the secrets of investing. They want YOUR money...and usually LOTS of it. Then, they leave town and you are on your own. Even some of these "mentors" are nothing but snake oil salesmen.
