Glad to be here on BP. Here is a little FYI on me. Im excited to get as much info on this site as possible because im a firm believer that right know is the best time to be a buyer in this maket/economy. Ive never owned, always rented. Ive read lots of real estate books and downloaded audio tapes off line. Not untill recently ive been in position to get a jump on it. So let the journey begin..... :mrgreen:
