My name is Joe Bongiovannni and I'm 48. I am a paraplegic currently living off settlement money that I have in a trust fund. A year and a half has gone bye and I realize this money is not going to last for my entire life if I don't start living very conservatively even with the investments that are made from within the trust, or enhancing my income. I have a partner so he will be my legs so to speak when it comes to the consistent overlooking of the properties we purchase to flip. We are at the very early stages of learning and getting everything coordinated before we find and purchase our first one. We want to start in our general area from South of Boston down as far as North Attleboro. BP looks like it will be an invaluable tool to get knowledge from and talk to and meet poeple who are just starting out like ourselves and people with a lot of experience and knowledge.
