Hello Bigger Pockets community!

My name is Jeremy Wartner from Milwaukee Wisconsin.  I have Been BP for about a month and cant learn enough fast enough!  I have listened to  most all of the podcasts and have been reading and learning non stop lately.

I work construction (Architectual sheet matal) for the past 18 years. I would like to transition from construction to real estate. I am very motivated and determinedt to get seriously involved with real estate. I recently attended my first REIA and meetup events. I am very interested in many areas of real estate. Buy and hold and fix and flip are at the top of the list. I am excited to learn from experienced investors and hope I can and value to you as well.

I have one duplex I purchased a year ago and renovated.

I look forward to connecting with the members of this community and hopfully meeting face to face with those in my area.

    Welcome aboard,

Great to see a fellow Wisconsinite on BP.

I hail from the Appleton area, currently running single family homes myself.

Keep after the bp podcasts, tons a great intel to be acquired.

    Norm
