Johann, I would be that guy to put the wrong trim in, but that's why I don't contract. 

I'm still learning the right way to do the repairs, and were to spend the money. 

It seems like the guts merit a good investment but the jury is out yet on faucets and flooring and doors.

As I'm armpit deep in this rehab it occurred to me that my family and I do almost all our repairs but laying carpet. 

I'm wondering what other investors do on their rehabs? 

Scalability is the downfall of being this hands on, are there downsides to going hands off, and running the rehab from a phone?

My name is

Norm Kopesky, I am new to BP and wanted to introduce myself. My wife and I have operated 3 single family homes in the Appleton, WI area for about 6 years. We just bought our 4th and are in the process of renovating it for tenants. Hopefully will have it done by end of June.

10x right?!!

We are going to begin our search for multi families this fall, as well as continually pushing more sf homes into the market. We have had great mentors who have been in real estate for 15+- years, and a houseful of kids that help with the work.
