I'm new to the local area here in Wichita KS. I'm looking to get into investing here. I would really like to hook up with a mentor to help me navigate getting stared here in the local are.

I currently own one property out of state.

Charles Craig there are two main groups where investors meet monthly. The local REIA found on Meetup.com is hit or miss, there are times the info and people there are really great; other times it's way too salesy. A lot of the people who go are old time investors or up and coming though, so it's a good networking spot. I've met a few people some steps ahead of me that I can reach out to.

I have heard the better one is the monthly Landlord association meeting is the better one with larger fish going to it. I personally haven't been to a meeting yet, but it's the one I have more interest in joining.

Welcome to BP and good luck in your journey. If you ever need anything don't hesitate to ask.
