I'm not super new to BiggerPockets, but I haven't played with it much. My wife and I own a few rentals, half in Richland, WA and half here in the Tacoma area. We've self-managed our own as well as our parent's house. So, we're looking to 1031 exchange into multifamily on this side (West side) of the mountains to bring our rentals closer and build our team over here.

    If you are looking to do 1031 exchange you should connect with @Bill Exeter. He is the best in the business of 1031's.
