New investor introduction
Hello there,
A friend and I have purchased our first investment property to fix and flip here in our hometown Indianapolis. Hopefully we can scale up to doing several projects at once as well as build a portfolio of rentals. Going to the local REIA group next month.
Anyone had luck with non conventional financing to buy rental properties?
