Newbie in Northwest Arkansas!
Hi guys! I'm Zach and my current experience is nill. I have a wife and three daughters that I want to provide a better life for. I am currently working third shift in a production plant and looking for my first investment. I am most likely looking at flipping at first to gain some capital and then move in to buy and hold. Though the podcasts have peaked my interest in starting a marketing campaign and wholesaling as I flip. I have my dad on board with partnering on a deal or two at first and can hopefully gain some traction and capital that way. I am planning on attending a REI meeting in Fayetteville this month to start some networking and continue to build my knowledge base. Currently going through the podcasts and reading some books.

@Zach McKinnon Welcome bud! I've made some great contacts at the NWA REIA, that's the real value in it. I've only been investing for a few months myself, but I've done a few deals and I'll share what little experience I've learned! If you have any questions at all, I'm happy to help.
