Excited to get started and involved
Hello everyone! I am Jeremy Alemany! I recently grew interested in Real Estate and used BiggerPockets and other resources I had to really understand the pros and cons of Real Estate Investing. I also began to involve my wife, because although she does not want to put as much time as I know I will put in (she wants to start her own business using her talents with Graphic Design), it requires a sacrifice from both of us. Luckily, she is very excited as well and supportive. We decided to slash our own personal budget so that we are not spending money on useless items or finding a better way to buy items.
I am excited to join this community and to report back my successes because of everyone here!
