Thank you @Dave Visaya! I went to a local REIA meeting yesterday and I learned a ton.

I wish I had the vision in my past to not spend on silly and unnecessary stuff. I am working on bringing down my personal debt, but still doing my homework by researching and analyzing deals.  

Oh I forgot to mention! I live in Hamilton and I'm still focusing in on where I want to begin. I'm not sure if I should focus on the college crowd (TCNJ and Rider nearby), if I should go to Princeton, look further South in Jersey, or even look in Philadelphia or surrounding areas. Any guidance or tips would be greatly appreciated! 

Hello everyone! I am Jeremy Alemany! I recently grew interested in Real Estate and used BiggerPockets and other resources I had to really understand the pros and cons of Real Estate Investing. I also began to involve my wife, because although she does not want to put as much time as I know I will put in (she wants to start her own business using her talents with Graphic Design), it requires a sacrifice from both of us. Luckily, she is very excited as well and supportive. We decided to slash our own personal budget so that we are not spending money on useless items or finding a better way to buy items. 

I am excited to join this community and to report back my successes because of everyone here!
