Brand new to real estate! Connecticut area!

Finally decided to jump in on learning real estate investing. Been indulging on the podcast as well as the beginners guide. Watching the new 2018 webinar tomorrow as well. I’m still unsure of what the best strategy for me is right now. I’m looking to quit my full time job within 5 years and I believe duplexes/triplexes/ and quadplexes are the niche I wanna focus on. I am also interested in helping someone who is established in investing to learn the ropes and gain experience as well as partner with in the future potentially! Very excited to be apart of this community as I go forward!

Hello Travis. I too I'm new and looking to go the same route as you. I suggest you check out the BRRRR method to grow your portfolio. That seems to be a solid strategy to start with.

Best of luck with your investing!
