Looking to make my first investment this year.
After watching a few seminars and podcast I am now an active member of BP. I plan to purchase my first property this year by using the house hack. I’ve already set up a meeting with a realtor. What questions should I ask the realtor when we meet? For a first timer, what overall general advice do you have? Thanks in advance.
