Hey BiggerPockets community,

I’m based in Florence, South Carolina, and I’m actively looking to connect with multifamily syndicators in the area or in surrounding markets like Columbia, Charleston, Myrtle Beach, or even Charlotte, NC.

Whether you’re a GP, LP, or somewhere in between, I’d love to learn more about your journey, your current projects, and ways we might share insights. I’m especially interested in syndication strategies, local market trends, and how you are using a.i.

If you’re local or operate in the region, drop a comment or shoot me a message, I’d love to connect.

Thanks!

—Quentin

@Chris Seveney That's true, so as it pertains to underwriting, do you use A.I.?

As AI keeps evolving, I’m curious as to who here is actually using it to underwrite multifamily deals? What tools are worth the time, and which ones fall short? Looking to separate hype from helpful.

I’m looking for a Realtor who is also a Real Estate Investor in Columbia, SC. I’m looking to make the move soon. Who do you recommend?

Thanks for the response Ellis. Honestly, I was asking for more of a plan B, as I’ve always had that question. I have not exhausted all my options in my search for the correct unit. In fact, I’ve just begun.

If I’m not able to find a good deal for a house hack in an area that I want to live in, what are your thoughts on going with the option to build a brand new multi family unit?

Thanks for the information everyone. Very much appreciated!

After watching a few seminars and podcast I am now an active member of BP. I plan to purchase my first property this year by using the house hack. I’ve already set up a meeting with a realtor. What questions should I ask the realtor when we meet? For a first timer, what overall general advice do you have? Thanks in advance. Q
