As AI keeps evolving, I’m curious as to who here is actually using it to underwrite multifamily deals? What tools are worth the time, and which ones fall short? Looking to separate hype from helpful.

I'm not using AI for this part. The underwriting is the most critical part of the process and a mistake here could mean a huge loss. I don't think AI is to the point that I would trust it. If I were to use it, that would only be at the very start of my diligence and use it to rule out properties that don't meet criteria.
