New Year New Investor New Investments
Hello BP Community,
I am grateful to be here! My name is Devante Boll and I am from Cincinnati, OH. I moved to San Diego, CA after joining the United States Coast Guard and after a eventful 6 years, I now reside in Corpus Christi, TX.
I work in the IT field and have been for roughly 2 years now. I have my sights set on being a buy-and-hold investor. I am in real estate investing for the long run. My ultimate goal is to have acquired enough real estate investments to replace my active income by the time I hit 20 years in military ( which I have 14 years left to hit that mark).
My niche is single family homes ranging from 50k to 115k in Corpus Christi and/or San Antonio area. I prefer to start with homes that do not need an extensive amount of repairs since I am a newbie. I currently own my primary residence in which I have one room rented and pursuing renting out the 3rd bedroom.
