I am new to real estate investing but I have done property management duties. I live in California grew in in Philadelphia where my parents currently has property. Growing up I really didn't notice what my parents where up to until I started doing my own investing and found/ was recommended to biggerpockets. Real estate investing is my parents business but I would like to start fresh to create my own.
